Last year, the dream of owning an underground cellar came true. I have constantly been fascinated by having a cellar because it is such a good locale to store liquor, make cheese, plus cure meat. I have read about people who make their own ham, cheese, plus wine. Because of our interest, I formed a dream that dealt with serving our homemade wine plus deli products to our friends. My cellar was already dug. It was the ideal space plus I made sure it had all natural stone for walls plus flooring. There was no legit alibi for myself and others to postpone our ham making dream anymore. I decided to make a cellar equipped for curing meat.
